Health Connections

Health Connections is a 24-hour health information and physician referral line provided as a community service by Stormont-Vail HealthCare. Staffed by 36 specially trained registered nurses and resource representatives, Health Connections will assist you with your health care questions and in finding a physician or community service that's right for you. Our resource representatives also register callers for educational classes and health screenings offered by Stormont-Vail HealthCare.
